Model-specific project review
Backyard Discovery Arcadia Gazebo Installation in Austin
The Arcadia gazebo should be reviewed around roof direction, clearance, drainage, footprint, surface, access, delivery status, and anchoring path before installation moves forward.

The sloped roof changes placement decisions
Arcadia's sloped-roof profile makes roof direction, water runoff, high-side clearance, fence lines, rooflines, and visibility more important than a generic gazebo review.
- Confirm roof direction and where water will shed
- Check fence lines, gutters, house rooflines, and neighbor visibility
- Review access, staging, surface, slope, and anchoring

When HandiestPRO is the right installer for this project
We install pergolas, gazebos, and pavilions — that is the whole list, and pergolas are our specialty. We do not take on trampolines, playsets, swing sets, or general assembly work, which keeps our crews focused on structures.
Professional installation for owner-supplied kits starts at $1,250. Final proposals depend on size, complexity, distance, anchoring requirements, and site conditions.
That covers a real crew with the right tools, a surface and anchoring check before assembly starts, and a structure that ends up square, level, and anchored the way the manufacturer intended. We have installed hundreds of these kits — we know what typically goes wrong and how to correct it before it becomes your problem.
Two examples from the field: kit lumber is often milled before it is fully dried, so parts can warp, twist, or split while the box sits in a warehouse or on a truck. We spot those defects and correct them. And if a part turns out to be beyond saving during one of our installs, with your go-ahead we can often fabricate a replacement in cedar rather than stall the project for weeks waiting on the manufacturer — a part we make is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty, so we stand behind it ourselves. And because kits are packaged for shipping, long beams arrive in sections — in our experience, those joints sag over the years unless they are addressed during installation. When a build calls for it, sub-assemblies come together in our shop, where square and straight are controlled instead of guessed at on a sloped lawn.
Proposals assume an installation-ready site. We do not pour concrete, level ground, or build decking. Site prep is handled by you or your contractor, and the review tells you exactly what ready means for this product.
Our standard service area is within about 75 miles of Liberty Hill, TX. Outside that, we can still review the project, and travel is reflected in the proposal.

What determines whether the project is a fit?
The structure itself is only one part of the review. The site, delivery, access, surface, and anchoring path decide whether the next step should be installation planning, prep work, or a different product path.

Project questions
Why does Arcadia roof direction matter?
The sloped roof affects water runoff, clearance, appearance, and placement, so it should be reviewed before the structure is positioned.
